About the Role:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our global client base for Digital Marketing Services and Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC, etc.).
- Sell Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding, etc.).
- Promote Software Solutions (custom applications, SaaS products, CRM/ERP, automation tools, etc.).
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies via LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, sales presentations, and customized solutions to clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated with global trends in digital marketing and software demand.
Requirements:
- 2–7 years of proven experience in international sales for digital marketing or software solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and SaaS/software offerings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with international clients across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience selling digital marketing retainers and software licenses/SaaS products.
- Strong client network in US/UK/Europe/Middle East markets.
