About the Role:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our global client base for Digital Marketing Services and Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities in international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC, etc.).
  • Sell Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding, etc.).
  • Promote Software Solutions (custom applications, SaaS products, CRM/ERP, automation tools, etc.).
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies via LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, sales presentations, and customized solutions to clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with global trends in digital marketing and software demand.

Requirements:

  • 2–7 years of proven experience in international sales for digital marketing or software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and SaaS/software offerings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with international clients across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Prior experience selling digital marketing retainers and software licenses/SaaS products.
  • Strong client network in US/UK/Europe/Middle East markets.
