We are hiring Sr. Accounts Executive (Female) .

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proficiency and effectiveness in managing day to day operations of the Finance team, the full spectrum of the accounting functions (AP, AR, GL) to ensure timely and accurate preparation of statutory, monthly management reporting and consolidation.
  • Manage and control all receivables and payable in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Payroll, TDS & GST Compliance
  • Manage, improve & develop financial accounts procedures and administration in compliance with company's policies.
  • Assist on the preparation of audit related schedules and documentation for yearly audit matters.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.

The ideal candidate should have at least cleared CA Intermediate. The candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of accounting/finance experience
  • Knowledgeable in accounting principles and practices; financial reporting, audit and taxation.
  • Great analytical and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail and the bigger picture in mind
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word to an intermediate level
  • Ability to interact with the clients
