Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance

team.The Finance Executive will play a key role in managing financial activities, ensuring

compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the financial success of the

organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting:

 Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.

 Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management.

  1. Budgeting and Forecasting:

 Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.

 Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments

  1. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

 Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

 Process and review invoices and payments.

 Manage collections and vendor relationships.

  1. Financial Compliance:

 Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

 Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

 Implement and maintain internal controls.

  1. Cash Flow Management:

 Manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.

 Monitor and project cash flow needs.

  1. Taxation:

 Assist in tax planning and compliance.

 Prepare and file tax returns and related documents. 7. Ad Hoc Financial Projects:  Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required.

What it required to do:

 Proven experience in financial management or related roles with minimum 4 years of experience.

 Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A CPA or CMA designation is a

plus.

 Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
