As part of their business expansion, they are seeking a competent Sales Accounting Executive to support the sales team with accurate accounting, reporting and financial tracking of sales activities.

Job Summary

The Sales Accounting Executive will be responsible for handling accounting tasks related to the company's sales operations. This includes recording transactions, reconciling sales invoices, working with the sales team to ensure billing accuracy, preparing sales‑related financial reports, monitoring receivables, and assisting with month‑end/quarter‑end close activities. You will play a key role in ensuring that sales data is properly reflected in the accounting system and supporting the business to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile daily sales transactions.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis for management.
  • Collaborate with sales to resolve billing or account issues.
  • Assist in month-end/quarter-end closing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales accounting or accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
