We are expanding our team in India and looking for a motivated Sales & Client Acquisition Assistant to help us manage enquiries, communicate with new leads, and support our UK operations.

You DO NOT need accounting or finance knowledge — comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Summary

We are a fast-growing international business services company serving clients in the UK.

We are looking for a Sales & Client Acquisition Assistant who can support our team with:

  • Initial communication with new leads
  • Booking consultation calls
  • Following up with prospects
  • Managing enquiries through email, WhatsApp, calls
  • Basic admin and CRM updates

You do NOT need accounting knowledge — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming enquiries from various platforms (training provided)
  • Call potential clients and understand their basic requirements
  • Schedule appointments for senior managers
  • Send follow-up messages and maintain communication
  • Update CRM and keep records organised
  • Assist in onboarding new clients (no technical work — just coordination)

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication
  • Confident in speaking on phone
  • Good email writing skills
  • Fast learner and good at following instructions
  • Organised and proactive
  • Basic computer knowledge
