Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive located in Udaipur. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations, account management, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and overseeing efficient sales processes. Tasks include analyzing market trends, handling client accounts, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with teams to achieve business goals. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance data and trends effectively.
  • Proficiency in Account Management with an understanding of client requirements and relationship building.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Team Management abilities to lead and motivate teams towards achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in an e-commerce environment, is an advantage.
