About the team
The Marketing Team - a team that functions purely on data, creativity & caffeine. Composed of every possible creative aspect one can imagine, this team has set the bar high. In short, if you were to join our Marketing team, you'll have to replace your jaws because the team's efforts are nothing short of jaw-dropping.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving slice's digital acquisition engine across paid channels. As a Performance Marketer, you'll manage multi-crore monthly budgets, set and track ambitious growth goals, and deliver measurable impact across the entire marketing funnel. From driving installs and signups to improving quality approvals and reducing CAC - your decisions will directly influence business outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with creatives, product, analytics, and tech teams to run high-velocity experiments, build conversion-focused journeys, and scale what works. If you're someone who loves tinkering with data, gets a kick out of cracking Meta or Google algorithms, and treats every % improvement in RoI as a mini win - you'll feel right at home here.
Needless to say, there's never a dull time at slice.
What you will do
- Own and execute paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, affiliates, and other digital channels.
- Analyze campaigns across the full funnel (installs → signups → applications → approvals → usage) to optimize RoI and reduce CAC.
- Drive creative strategy by partnering with the design team - frequently test ad formats, hooks, visuals, and messaging based on channel insights.
- Build weekly/monthly dashboards with key metrics - track cohort performance, deep dive into spends vs outcomes, and report actionable insights.
- Run continuous A/B tests across ads, landing pages, Play Store creatives, and notification strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Implement advanced targeting and retargeting strategies for various user segments across lifecycle stages (cold, warm, retained, high-LTV, etc).
- Collaborate with product, growth, and analytics teams to launch contextual campaigns for new features, onboarding drops, and cross-sell upsell hooks.
- Manage performance marketing agencies and tools - ensure they're aligned with business goals and delivering value.
- Stay updated on the latest platform changes (e.g., Google Ads policies, Meta AI campaigns), attribution models, and industry best practices.
- Track spends in real-time and make agile calls on budget allocation across campaigns based on outcomes and pacing.
What you will need
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant fields. Oh and, we prefer creativity over grey hair.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a super-power to quickly translate data-driven insights into actions.
- High creativity, with experience in understanding the target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Demonstrated ability in translating customer insight into actionable.
