Location: Mohali (Onsite – EST Shift)

Experience: 2–4 years

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Mid-Level IT Recruiter to join our team onsite in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for IT roles such as Java Developers, .NET Developers, Python Developers, Data Engineers, DBAs, and more. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and closure).

·       Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.

·       Write and execute Boolean strings/searches to find top talent effectively.

·       Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit before presenting them to hiring managers.

·       Work with ATS systems to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.

·       Engage with vendors and hiring managers for smooth coordination.

· Plus) Experience handling VMS requisitions and submissions.

·       Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Experience

· –4 years of IT recruitment experience.

·       Strong track record hiring for roles such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineers, and DBA.

·       Must be good with Boolean strings and advanced search techniques.

·       Familiarity with ATS systems (must-have).

·       Exposure to state/federal client hiring (preferred).

·       Experience with VMS platforms (a plus).

·       Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
