JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To review and manage the customers enquiry process into a costed workable solution.

2. Prepare Technical Bid

3. To submit a detailed response to the enquiry documentation and provide answers/responses to any subsequent request for clarification.

4. Prepare Bill of material extract from the enquiry specification/SLD.

5. Prepare Bill of material costing.

6. Costing for Panel, busbar, wiring & packing.

7. Quotation preparation.

8. Follow-ups orders with customer & post order activities.

9. Documentation & presale support.

10. Prepare the Commercial offer & further negotiation in winning the bid.

11. Single point-of-contact for customer interaction regarding execution, delivery dispatches its related documentation & payment related issues.

12. Review the PO Terms & updating the information in the Contract Review Form release the documents for the further execution orders to Order Handling Department.

13.BOQ Estimation for the following

· HT Breaker Panels(6.6kV, 11kV & 33kV VCB ) LASCPT,NGR Panels

· LT Panels(PCC,MCC,PMCC,PDB,ACDB,LDB,DC Starter Panel),

· Relay Panels( Generator Control Relay Metering Panel(GCRMP), Metering Cum Synchronising Panel(MCSP),

Wall mounting Panels (JBs, LPBS, LCS), Drive panels (VFD), PLC Based Design

1. To respond to customer questions & requests in a timely and efficient manner.

2. To handle incoming sales calls and enquiries in a busy office, by keeping a prioritised listing of outstnading tasks and when completed, filing the quotes and cost file in the appropriate network location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru , Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
