As a performance marketing associate, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with a basic understanding of digital marketing to gain hands-on experience in the SaaS industry. You'll work closely with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Support in monitoring and optimizing campaigns to achieve KPIs (click-through rate, conversion rate, ROI).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for ad targeting.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create ad creatives and copy.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing dashboards.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
