  • Baking and Preparation:Preparing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and baking a wide range of items following recipes or creating new ones.
  • Menu Development:Developing new recipes, creating seasonal menus, and ensuring the menu aligns with customer preferences and overall concept.
  • Quality Control:Ensuring all baked goods meet quality standards, including taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management:Monitoring supplies, ordering ingredients and equipment, and managing inventory levels within budget.
  • Supervision and Training:Training and supervising junior chefs and assistants, ensuring proper techniques and kitchen etiquette are followed.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation:Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Interaction:Meeting with clients to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special events.
  • Adaptability:Staying up-to-date with the latest food trends and techniques, and adjusting recipes and menus accordingly.
  • Collaboration:Working with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and successful events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
