Ø Create unique baked goods based on client specifications

Ø Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.

Ø Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.

Ø Developing new recipes for seasonal menus.

Ø Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.

Ø Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.

Ø Ordering new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, when needed, and within budget.

Ø Ensuring their section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.

Ø Supervising and training staff members, when needed

Ø Ensure that the kitchen is clean at all times and meets all local health code requirements

Ø Diploma/GED required (Culinary degree preferred)

Ø Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field.

Ø 2 or more years’ experience working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role.

Ø Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.

Ø Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts.

Ø Keen attention to detail.

Ø In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.

Ø Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.

Ø Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
