Role & responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with all current, relevant, and applicable laws, regulations, rules, guidelines (internal/external), documentation and governance.
  • Applies extensive knowledge of relevant field to solve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to access the impact of process changes and call out with relevant stakeholders prior to implementation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Strong MS Office skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Displayed teamwork by proactively supporting the peers and leaders in resolving process related queries
  • 12+ years of overall experience in Banking Operations, having prior experience in managing Trainings, Process Changes and Continuous Improvements.
