Key aspects include (among others):1. Transaction Execution Work- Independent ownership of transaction execution: Directly interacting with clients & client representatives, investors/buyers/sellers, and other advisors involved in transactions Independent preparation of transaction collateral, analysis and insights Valuation analysis and deal negotiations Project managing due diligence and documentation till deal closure2.
