The ideal candidate will combine deep industry expertise with strong solutioning and consulting skills to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven, autonomous systems that enhance decision-making, process efficiency, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities to deployagentic AIacross insurance workflows (claims, underwriting, policy management, customer service). Lead thesolution architectureof multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, and prompt strategies. Collaborate with engineering and business teams for seamless system integration (ERP, CRM, Helpdesk, etc.). Driveproof-of-conceptdevelopment and measure business impact through defined success metrics. Ensure compliance withethical AI, security, and governancestandards. Engage with senior clients to communicate value, roadmap, and transformation strategy. Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding ofLLMs, autonomous agents, and workflow orchestration tools . Demonstrated expertise inInsurance / P&C domain– mandatory. Background inconsulting/advisory(preferred: EY, Accenture, EXL, or similar). Proven ability to rationalize tech fitment, define ROI, and translate business challenges into AI-led solutions. Excellent client presence, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
