If you’re eager to work on cutting-edge tech and shape the future of enterprise AI, you’ll feel right at home here.Role: AI Solutions ArchitectLocation: Onsite – Mumbai, IndiaAI Solution ArchitectFunctional Expertise:- Design end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise customers- Create reference architectures for common use cases: NSOffice.ai (AI agents, RAG systems, fine-tuning pipelines, multi-modal applications)- Define integration patterns between our AI Gateway and customer systems (CRM, ERP, data warehouses, internal APIs)- Architect multi-model orchestration strategies that optimize for cost, performance, accuracy, and compliance- Design data pipelines between AI gateway and Enterprise customersTechnical Expertise:- Experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG- Deep understanding of LLMs - architecture, capabilities, limitations, and best practices- Knowledge of AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles- Hands-on experience with major AI providers: OpenAI (GPT-4+), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), AWS Bedrock- Understanding of model evaluation metrics and performance optimizationOther Requirements:- 4+ years in solution architecture- 2+ years specifically in AI/ML solutions and implementations- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects- - Education: CS (BE / BTech / MS) with Data & AI specialisationWhat We Offer- Opportunity to shape and deliver AI adoption journeys across industries. - Hands-on involvement in both strategic advisory and project delivery governance. - Exposure to global clients and diverse industry use cases. - A collaborative environment with continuous learning and access to the latest AI tools and research.
