Description

0-2 years of experience in managing end to end MIS reporting and performing data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis across business verticals of Resource Management team. They have good knowledge of Excel and support ProFinda Reporting. Managing end to end MIS reporting and perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis across business verticals of Resource Management team.

Responsibilities
  • Derive relevant data cuts/ graphs to accurately display current performance and identify areas of improvement & growth via basic analytics. Should have good working knowledge of Advance MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Run various ProFinda and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) reports such as weekly utilisation forecast report, Availability report and assisting with other ad hoc analysis and management reporting
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects relating to resource management and operational matters
  • Explore large dataset to understand business objective, gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to provide MI reports to onshore
  • Producing weekly and monthly Management Information Packs to Stakeholders
  • Pro-Actively identifying improvement areas and making recommendations to help improve the productivity and efficiency of the business
  • Inferring from changing data trends and further providing insights/business solutions/justification to the senior management 
  • Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be deemed to come within the scope of the post, which may result in additional responsibilities being added to the role
Qualifications

Education / professional qualifications

Graduate or post graduate in any discipline



Prior Experience:

  • 1+ years of work experience in MIS Reporting
  • Good Command over advanced excel with knowledge of dashboard creations
  • Analytical mind set with good problem-solving skills
  • Personal Effectiveness - communication, influence, initiative, proactive, problem solving
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with client facing staff and other team members
  • Excellent Excel skills (PBI/VBA/Macro knowledge not required but would be an added advantage)
  • Ability to priorities and plan workload particularly when dealing with multiple stakeholders and urgent requests
  • Innovation and Knowledge Sharing - think out of the box, challenge status quo
