Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve assigned sales targets for Affordable Housing Loans in terms of disbursal value and volume.
Ensure the agreed interest rates (IRR) and profitability margins are maintained.
Lead Sourcing & Conversion:
Self-source potential customers through local networking, market visits, and personal initiatives.
- Build and maintain a network of connectors for consistent lead generation.
Follow up on leads assigned by the organization and convert them into disbursed loans.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide excellent service by assisting customers with queries, explaining loan processes, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Channel Partner Engagement:
Refer new connectors and nurture existing partnerships.
Actively support and engage with partners, DSA to drive lead inflow and maintain high conversion rates.
Market Understanding:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations to fine-tune sales strategies.
Identify potential growth opportunities in the assigned area and share insights with the Regional Sales Manager.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all customer documentation is accurate and complies with the banks policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct initial checks on applications to ensure data accuracy and loan eligibility.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in working with NBFCs / HFCs / DSAs etc.
- Prior exposure to the secured loan or Housing Loan segment.
