Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive in the Fintech/Trading Industry, located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries and issues, provide online and technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining customer relations to foster loyalty and trust.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in providing Online Support and Technical Support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Fintech/Trading Industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in a related field
