About the Role

Stockify is looking for a Customer Service Executive who can handle client queries, manage transaction communication, and ensure a smooth experience for investors dealing in unlisted and pre-IPO shares. This is a client-facing role that demands clarity, patience, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound client queries through WhatsApp, calls, and email
  • Assist investors with onboarding, KYC, and transaction documentation
  • Update clients on share transfer status, payment timelines, and transaction progress
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
  • Ensure compliance while handling sensitive financial information

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in customer service or financial services support
  • Clear communication skills and strong client-handling ability
  • Basic understanding of demat accounts, KYC and capital market processes (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commerce background and prior experience with the industry
