Job purpose

This role is responsible for supporting and evangelising global HR initiatives within the region while working with the US/UK global team to ensure consistency and cohesion. Reporting to the SVP ofGlobal Human Resources, this role collaborates heavily with the central UK HR team, and maintains a strong commercial awareness in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the global HR programs and processes while providing the needed guidance, training and support to the individual teams in your region, fostering a high performance culture that supports the Company's goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Business Partner to Regional Management

● Build strong relationships with India people managers, both in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad and possibly a future office in Mumbai, hold regular check-ins to provide support and guidance onpeople-related issues. Advise on appropriate solutions, ensuring a consistent approach of

policies and practices, while also supporting the successful integration of new hires.

● Act as trainer and support for Managers on performance management best practices. Provide

coaching and guidance for Introductory reviews, Semi Annual Performance Evaluations and

other processes required by the Company, evangelising the global Matrix and Framework to

ensure fairness and consistency in rewards, recognition and growth opportunities

● Partner with managers in other regions, as needed, to provide guidance and support, and to

harmonise HR practices and approaches across the business

Employee Lifecycle Administration

● Manage the local onboarding process and ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the

company and conduct induction sessions for regional hires.

● Record/request all employee changes (manager, title or department changes, pay rises,

promotions, terminations) in tracker for the People Ops Specialist to execute

● Process 90 day probationary letters as applicable

● Electronically process and file all necessary paperwork/forms as it relates to onboarding

(including payroll and benefits enrollment, etc), probationary period reviews and offboarding

● Ensure employees' compliance with mandatory tasks in the HRIS system, including time off

requests

● Liaise with Finance to ensure payroll trackers are updated to ensure any necessary adjustments

are captured

Employee Relations

● Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations matters, including performance,

conduct, grievances, disciplinary actions, and absence management, providing guidance and

support to manage concerns appropriately

● Lead and conduct timely investigations into employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and

other workplace conflicts, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in line with global and

regional company policies and regional legal requirements/regulations

● Work collaboratively with managers to provide guidance on performance-related matters and

advise on procedures to develop and manage employee performance effectively

● Manage sensitive matters with confidence and confidentiality, providing guidance and support to

managers and employees throughout the process

● Promote a collaborative culture that prevents silo mentality and encourages knowledge sharing

Training and Development:

● Support the delivery of training sessions on HR policies, leadership skills, and legal compliance

as required.

Compliance and Risk Management:

● Partner with local employment law resources and global team to ensure all HR practices within

the region comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

● Assist in the development and implementation of regional HR policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement/Culture:

● Implement and support initiatives to drive employee engagement and foster a positive work

environment.

● Work with the US HR Team to develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and

retention.

● Provide support and guidance to employees on accessing support resources such as EAP and

other external services, as needed

Recruiting

● Ensure integrity of the recruiting process in their region, in compliance with the company's

globally defined processes

● Support hiring managers to define job requirements and accountabilities, and craft appropriate

challenge assignments/skills assessment exercises.

● Conduct HR interviews/screens

Payroll and Benefits

● Manage Regional benefits administration

● Provide Regional payroll processing support for Accounting/Finance

Miscellaneous

● Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Global SVP of HR and Managing Director, TSE

Skills, Qualification & Attributes

● Experience and demonstrated success in an HR Business Partner or Generalist capacity,

preferably in a start up environment

● Practical experience in an management capacity or demonstrated expertise in management

principals, tools and best practices

● Proficiency in local compliance and regulatory laws with an understanding of how to apply them

to policy administration and HR best practices

● Experience with a remote, hybrid work culture

● Prior experience working with stakeholders in the US and UK is highly desirable

● Very high level of attention to detail in: administration of systems, reporting and employee dataadministration

● Background in managing sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and

confidentiality

● Proven track record of working independently and taking proactive, initiative-driven action on

matters

● Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to effectively solve complex issues,

transforming potential roadblocks into opportunities for improvement.
