Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Gurugram sector 46.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily operations and coordinating with medical professionals
  • Ensuring the end-to-end patient journey
    – from doctor-at-home consultations to post-consultation secondary services like diagnostics and nursing at home
  • Booking and scheduling services to ensure timely care delivery
  • Overseeing operational processes and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborating with various departments to streamline workflows and manage resources effectively
