Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our end-to-end operations including coordination with OEMs, managing raw materials and finished goods inventory, and ensuring smooth production and supply workflows. The role will work closely with the Program and Inventory Operations teams to ensure timely execution and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with OEM partners for production timelines, dispatches, and quality updates.
  • Manage and track raw material and finished goods inventory.
  • Maintain daily reports on stock movement, inward/outward material, and warehouse records.
  • Support the Program team in execution of new product rollouts and production planning.
  • Work with procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure process compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, inventory management, or OEM coordination.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Good communication and vendor coordination ability.
  • Understanding of supply chain, production, and logistics workflows preferred.
