About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced US Staffing Recruitment Lead to manage and lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling the full recruitment lifecycle, managing a team of recruiters, and maintaining strong client relationships in the US staffing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), referrals, and networking.
  • Negotiate compensation rates and manage offers with candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with US employment laws and staffing policies (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.).
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring consistent process improvement.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with current trends and market insights in US staffing and technology recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, with at least 12 years in a leadership or team-handling role.
  • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, TN).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and major job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible to work in US shift hours.
