KG (Kindergarten) Coordinator manages the early childhood program, focusing on curriculum development, teacher supervision & training, ensuring a nurturing , learning environmentand parent communication , all while overseeing daily operations, resource needs, and student progress to support holistic child development according to school standards (like CBSE/Montessori).

Location : Mugallivakkam withCBSE experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee age-appropriate, play-based, and activity-based learning plans focusing on literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
  • Mentor, train, observe, and provide feedback to KG teachers; organize professional development and ensure teaching methods are effective.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, warm, and stimulating classroom environment, ensuring hygiene and well-being.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, behavior, and milestones; address concerns.
  • Manage daily academic activities, identify resource needs, procure materials, and plan school events.
  • Observe, assess, and document each child's development and progress, using data to inform instruction.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, NTT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-primary education, with leadership/supervisory roles a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, curriculum design, and classroom management skills.
  • Familiarity with specific educational frameworks (like CBSE, IB, Montessori).
