The Kindergarten Coordinator will oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Kindergarten section, ensuring effective curriculum delivery, child-centric learning, and smooth coordination among teachers, parents, and school management. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for early childhood education.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Academic Leadership**:

- Plan, implement, and monitor the Kindergarten curriculum in alignment with the school’s vision.
- Ensure age-appropriate teaching methodologies and child-friendly classroom practices.
- Guide teachers in lesson planning, activity design, and assessment strategies.
- **Staff Management**:

- Mentor, supervise, and support Kindergarten teachers and assistants.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching quality.
- Monitor classroom management and provide constructive feedback.
- **Student Development**:

- Ensure holistic development of children—academic, social, emotional, and physical.
- Monitor student progress and address learning difficulties with remedial plans.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young learners.
- **Parent Engagement**:

- Maintain effective communication with parents through meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.
- Address parental concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare timetables, schedules, and activity plans for Kindergarten.
- Organize school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities for Kindergarten.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
