Job Title: KG HEAD MISTRESS (HM)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic KG Head Mistress (HM) to lead our Kindergarten department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the KG section, ensuring high-quality early childhood education, nurturing a safe and stimulating learning environment, and guiding teachers to deliver best-in-class learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor KG teachers and support staff to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Plan, implement, and monitor the KG curriculum in alignment with school policies and educational standards.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly classroom and learning environment.
• Conduct regular classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and support teacher development.
• Organize activities, events, and programs to enhance the holistic development of students.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports accurately.
• Liaise with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and well-being.
• Implement school policies, safety protocols, and quality standards in the KG section.
• Ensure coordination with the Principal, Academic Coordinators, and other department heads.
• Monitor and support student behavioral management, ensuring positive reinforcement and guidance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education (B.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education or KG teaching.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a school setting is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
