Job Responsibilities:
Ensure effective delivery of CBSE-aligned KG curriculum with age-appropriate teaching methods and activities.

Guide and support KG teachers through lesson planning, classroom management, and regular training sessions.

Oversee weekly and monthly academic plans, timetables, assessments, and event calendars for Kindergarten.

Observe classrooms, review student progress, and implement strategies for continuous academic improvement.

Conduct regular meetings with parents to discuss student development and address concerns.

Ensure availability and proper use of teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom resources.

Maintain academic records, prepare reports, and coordinate with school leadership on KG academic matters.
