As an e-commerce operations intern at FarmLokal, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of online retail and digital marketing. You will use your knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, social media marketing, Canva, e-commerce, and digital marketing to assist in the day-to-day operations of our online store.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in managing product listings and inventory on our e-commerce platform.
  • Work closely with our social media team to create engaging content and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help with order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and customer service inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor website performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects to ensure the smooth operation of our online store.
