Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto and other e-commerce platforms – including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
  • Create and optimize content (product descriptions, banners, social media creatives, catalog copy) to enhance visibility and conversions.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaign creatives and promotional content.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory, returns, and reviews across marketplaces.
  • Handle pricing updates, offers, and discounts as per business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and resolve listing issues.
  • Support in digital marketing campaigns (SEO keywords, sponsored ads, social content).
