Must Have:-Good command over written and oral communication in EnglishGood MS office skills

Understanding of varied learning styles

Knowledge of Bloom's TaxonomyKnowledge of assessment and evaluation methods

In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

Lesson and curriculum planning skills

Experience of working across various industries / domains / subjects

Required Skills and Qualifications:Mentor a team of subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs, guide them to build content, which is innovative, engaging, and effective for gaining in depth knowledge

Set instructional goals and objectives, and create content that matches them

Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

Help faculty to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content

Identify modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course

Visualize and help create learning media (audio, video, infographics, illustrations etc.).
