Role & responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives from Mumbai Head Office for multiple factories and offices in USA, Middle East and Far East.
  • Managing employee-employer relationships, resolving disagreements, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Providing strategic HR guidance to the CEO and Management.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires excellent talent.
  • HR policies and practices comply with local, national, and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance appraisal systems and strategies to optimize workforce productivity.
  • Developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Implementing, benchmarking HR practices such as Mentoring, Objective Performance feedback, Reward Management, System improvement etc
  • Nurturing positive & Healthy organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.
  • Supervising employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 20 year experience in HR with 5 years in top management
  • International experience managing teams across the globe
  • Experience in manufacturing operations
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Good Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership & coaching abilities
  • Willing to travel to USA, Middle East, Far East
