Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will take a leadership role in the design and execution of architectural projects, contributing your expertise in design, project management, and client interaction. You will be responsible for ensuring that our architectural designs meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and functionality. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design process, creating innovative and functional design solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide approval, sanction drawings
  • Manage and mentor a team of architects, designers, and drafters, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from concept development and schematic design to construction administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site analysis and assessments, considering zoning regulations, environmental impact, accessibility, and other site-specific factors.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality and integrity of architectural designs and construction documents.
  • Estimate project costs, materials, labor, and other expenses, and work to keep projects within budget.
  • Handle the permitting and regulatory approval process, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
  • Make site visits and provide construction oversight to address issues that arise during construction and ensure adherence to the design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.

Professional architect's license preferred.

5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of project management and leadership.

Proficiency in architectural design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural design projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other regulatory requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

Project management experience, including scheduling and budgeting.

Understanding of construction methods, materials, and practices.
