Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads, retailers, and institutions to promote Swilo's product range (floor, glass, toilet, utensil cleaners, etc.).
- Explain product features, usage, pricing, and offers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Follow up on inquiries, collect customer requirements, and convert leads into orders.
- Maintain and update CRM/customer database with call logs, feedback, and status reports.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM/database handling).
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred, but motivated freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Job Details
- Work Mode: In-office (Telecalling)
- Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Salary: Fixed + incentives/commission (based on sales/leads)
