About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Field Sales Executive
to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with schools/colleges/institutions, and driving sales to achieve business growth in the Coimbatore region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients including schools, colleges, training institutes, and individual educators.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, product demos, and seminars to promote EdTech solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve product offerings and share market insights with the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to execute local campaigns and events.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (experience in EdTech, Education, or SaaS sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage targets effectively.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).
- Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby districts.
