Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and building a career in field sales. The role involves meeting clients, promoting products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients, retailers, and distributors to promote and sell products/services.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain proper records of visits, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Represent the company professionally in the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Freshers are welcome; sales interest is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
  • No educational constraints; passion and dedication are more important.
