Shift Timings:

  • 5 days working with rotational offs
  • Two shift options:
  • 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST
  • 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST
  • Night Shift Allowance: ₹200/- per day

Role Overview:

Lumina Datamatics is seeking sharp individuals for an Executive to Senior Specialist (Individual Contributor) role in Seller Support. You will provide email-based support for seller partners of a major e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review seller suspension appeals and make approval/denial decisions based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Send performance alerts and other communications to sellers via email.
  • Handle and resolve seller queries professionally through email.
  • Manage and update cases on Salesforce with accurate notes and status.
  • Maintain detailed records on trackers.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Any Graduate.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Email Support, Customer Service, Seller Support, or E-Commerce operations.
  • Excellent written English communication skills (critical for the role).
  • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working night shifts.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
