Founders / Head of Marketing

Objective:
Drive customer acquisition, optimize performance marketing efficiency, and build full-funnel growth systems to scale Epik's marketplace and demo business.

1. Performance & Paid Growth

  • Own the complete Meta and Google ad funnels — from planning to execution to optimization.
  • Achieve
    target CPD (Cost per Demo)
    and
    CAC
    benchmarks month on month.
  • Continuously test new creatives, hooks, and audience combinations to discover scalable winners.
  • Maintain performance dashboards on GA4, HubSpot, and Power BI with weekly insights.
  • Establish structured
    TOFU–MOFU–BOFU
    funnels with remarketing and lookalike strategies.

2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Improve website and landing page conversion rates through A/B testing, heatmaps, and copy optimization.
  • Work closely with design and product teams to refine the
    demo booking
    and
    checkout journeys
    .
  • Increase demo-to-order conversion from current baseline (e.g., 33%) by data-driven experimentation.

3. Organic & Retention Growth

  • Build and execute lifecycle marketing — WhatsApp, email, and referral flows through Bitespeed/WATI.
  • Scale
    CRM automations
    for demo reminders, cart abandonment, post-purchase upsells, and referrals.
  • Develop a referral-led growth engine targeting 20% repeat or referral demos per month.

4. Analytics & Insights

  • Define north-star metrics for growth (GMV per demo, conversion %, repeat rate, CAC:LTV).
  • Create a weekly performance deck with actionable insights and learning loops.
  • Identify cohort trends and regional performance patterns to guide marketing decisions.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Category Managers to align spends and campaigns by brand priority (Kitchen, Cleaning, Lifestyle).
  • Collaborate with Product & Tech to ensure tracking, event firing, and attribution accuracy.
  • Partner with Influencer & Social teams to integrate top-funnel awareness with performance campaigns.

6. Innovation & Experiments

  • Launch 2–3 high-impact experiments every month (new ad formats, referral programs, lead magnets, etc.).
  • Stay ahead of trends — AI tools, creative automation, emerging platforms (YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Identify new acquisition channels and partnerships that can unlock non-paid growth.

7. Team & Leadership

  • Mentor a small team of performance executives and analysts.
  • Build a culture of experimentation, fast learning, and accountability.
  • Review daily spend and performance with clear decision loops.
