About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven
Senior Digital Marketing Analyst
to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
SEO, paid media, analytics, and conversion optimization
, along with proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end and delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Develop comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to enhance organic visibility and domain authority.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Lead data-driven campaign analysis using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and SEMrush, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain custom dashboards for KPI tracking, campaign ROI, and channel attribution.
Perform detailed competitor benchmarking and identify emerging trends to inform strategy.
Content & Engagement:
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content that align with brand voice and objectives.
Supervise email marketing campaigns — manage segmentation, personalization, automation flows, and A/B testing.
SEO & SEM Management:
Conduct advanced keyword research, link-building strategies, and technical audits to enhance search rankings.
Oversee paid advertising budgets and ensure campaigns achieve optimal CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with developers and UX teams to enhance website usability, site performance, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Support senior leadership with marketing analytics insights and reports for quarterly business reviews.
Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, web analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
- Deep proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Hotjar, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of data visualization, attribution modelling, and conversion funnel analysis.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns with measurable business results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) is good to have.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are highly desirable.
- A collaborative leader who can mentor junior analysts and drive performance through insights.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Active Campaign, or Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of SEO reporting automation and API-based data integration with BI tools.
- Exposure to eCommerce analytics and marketing attribution modelling.
