
Business Development Manager-Third Party Inspection

- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Third-Party Inspection (TPI) services, particularly in the Renewable Energy sector (Solar, Wind, Biomass, Hydro).
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and business development within a TPI agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
- Generate leads and secure orders through cold calling, client networking, and market research.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding and addressing their needs effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams by gathering project specifications and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Review contracts, purchase/work orders to ensure compliance.
- Explore new sectors and opportunities for diversification.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, client visits, and manage digital outreach through LinkedIn, Facebook, and email campaigns.
- Promote and cross-sell training programs to existing certification clients.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in a TPIA.
- Strong understanding of inspection services and renewable energy markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to remote client sites.
- Must possess a valid driving license and personal vehicle.
