Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist / Manager with proven experience in executing international campaigns targeting the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Dubai markets. The ideal candidate must have expertise in email automation, lead nurturing, list building, and cold outreach campaigns using advanced tools like , , Lemlist, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and GoHighLevel (GHL).

You will be responsible for managing full-funnel email strategies that generate qualified leads, increase engagement, and drive measurable business growth for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end email campaigns (B2B & B2C) for global clients (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai).
  • Build and manage lead databases using tools like , , Skrapp, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Create and manage cold email outreach sequences using platforms like , Lemlist, or
  • Segment email lists based on demographics, lead source, and customer behavior.
  • Set up automated workflows, triggers, and drip sequences in tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or GHL.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, improving subject lines, content, and CTAs.
  • Monitor email deliverability, handle warm-up sequences, and manage sender reputation.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams to align messaging with paid campaigns.
  • Report on key metrics Open Rates, CTR, Bounce Rate, Reply Rate, Unsubscribes, and overall ROI.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional preferences for better targeting and personalization.
  • Maintain compliance with global email marketing standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).

Key Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with , , Lemlist, , Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, and GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Familiar with lead enrichment tools like , Clearbit, RocketReach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Expertise in cold email marketing, drip automation, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Excellent understanding of international audience segmentation and time-zone-based scheduling.
  • Knowledge of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and domain warm-up practices for deliverability.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or HubSpot dashboards.
  • Ability to craft persuasive, personalized, and high-converting copy for different buyer personas.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, UTM tracking, and GA4 attribution.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of performance KPIs and ROI-driven campaign management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 37 years of proven experience in Email Marketing and Lead Generation.
  • Experience working with international clients across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
