We are currently seeking a talented and experienced US B2B Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Position Overview: The US B2B Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns for our hospitality clients. This role requires strong expertise in email marketing, website development, social media marketing, SEO, and creative content production, along with the ability to work during US hours. Key Responsibilities: B2B Campaign Management - Develop, implement, and optimize effective B2B marketing campaigns for hospitality clients. - Identify opportunities for lead generation and client engagement. Email Marketing - Create, schedule, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns. - Track, analyze, and optimize email performance metrics to improve results. Web Development - Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and WordPress. - Ensure websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion. Creative Design - Create engaging graphics, banners, and short videos for marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and visual appeal. Social Media Marketing - Plan and execute social media campaigns across WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms. - Monitor performance and engagement to ensure effectiveness. SEO Optimization - Optimize web content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry. - Demonstrated success in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns. - Proficiency in email marketing tools, HTML, WordPress, graphic design, and video editing software. - Strong knowledge of SEO principles and social media marketing strategies. - Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience working night shifts (US timings) is preferred.
