Senior Sales Manager – NutraceuticalsWe are looking for an experienced and results -driven SeniorSales Manager with specialized knowledge in selling nutraceutical ingredientssuch as carotenoids, oils & oleoresins, DHA & EPA, and herbal extracts (includingberberine, ashwagandha, bromelain, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a blendof technical and commercial acumen to cater to both domestic and internationalmarkets, drive revenue growth, and foster long -term client relationships. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achievesales targets for nutraceutical products, including carotenoids, oils &oleoresins, DHA & EPA, and a variety of herbal extracts.Identify and approach prospective clients in both domesticand export markets, establishing and nurturing strong relationships.2. Technical & Commercial Expertise: Provide technical insights to clients regarding productbenefits, applications, and quality standards to support informed purchasingdecisions.Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, contractagreements, and delivery timelines to close profitable deals. 3. Market Expansion and Customer Management: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new businessopportunities and emerging markets, especially in nutraceutical and relatedindustries.Expand the customer base by targeting new segments andstrengthening existing customer relationships. 4. Cross -functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, and production teamsto ensure product offerings align with market demands and clientspecifications.Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights onmarket trends and assist in developing promotional materials. 5. Reporting and Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, market trends,customer feedback, and competitor activities.Provide regular sales forecasts, monthly and quarterlyreports, and strategies to the senior management team.RequirementsRequirements: Proven experience in sales within the nutraceuticalingredients sector, with a focus on products like carotenoids, oils &oleoresins, DHA & EPA, and herbal extracts.Strong knowledge of both domestic and export markets in thenutraceutical industry.Technical understanding of nutraceutical products, theirapplications, and industry standards.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonalskills.Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and makeinformed decisions. Preferred Qualifications:Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or arelated field. An MBA or equivalent experience in sales and business managementis a plus.Established network within the nutraceutical or alliedindustries.Strong understanding of regulatory standards for domesticand international nutraceutical sales.
