Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing, branding, and advertising services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, field visits, and online platforms.
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients with clarity and confidence.
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to provide customized proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and expand the client database with strong relationship management.
- Attend business events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent the company.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management review.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (agency or service-based industry preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and convert leads into clients.
- Understanding of marketing, branding, or advertising services is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and ready to work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
