Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Generate, research, and qualify leads across HoReCa, cafés, retail, and partner channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to sampling, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure.
  • Continue and close conversations already initiated by the BD team with pending clients.
  • Maintain strong communication and interpersonal rapport with chefs, managers, baristas, and retail partners.
  • Conduct market visits for sampling, demos, client feedback, and on-ground brand representation.
  • Update CRM/trackers daily and prepare concise weekly progress reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and map high-potential café and retail clusters.
  • Support events, pop-ups, and sampling drives with coordination and stock management.
  • Coordinate influencer shipments, follow-ups, and content tracking.
  • Work with operations to manage dispatches, stock allocation, deliveries, and quick issue escalation.
