We're looking for a
dynamic, creative, and hands-on Social Media Manager
to join our in-house team and bring the studio's vision, artists, and projects to life across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with studio goals, music releases, collaborations, and events.
  • Content Creation & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the production team to plan, capture, and post photo/video content including BTS footage, artist sessions, reels, and promotional campaigns.
  • Platform Management:
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and growth across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging music-related platforms.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Build and nurture an online community of artists, fans, and collaborators. Respond to messages, inquiries, and comments promptly.
  • Campaigns & Collaborations:
  • Collaborate with artists, brands, and influencers for cross-promotional content and digital campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track performance, analyze trends, and optimize content strategies using insights and analytics tools.
  • On-Site Event Coverage:
  • Capture and post live updates during recording sessions, gigs, workshops, and special events hosted at the studio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for a creative brand, studio, or entertainment company.
  • Strong understanding of music and youth culture.
  • Proficiency in short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) and trending digital aesthetics.
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite preferred).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a plus).
  • Must be
    available full-time, on-site
    at the Panvel studio.
