Academic Counsellor Coordinator for coaching academy

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Preference: Female candidates from Navi Mumbai only

Key Responsibilities
Handle student and parent enquiries in-person, via phone, and online channels.

Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.

Maintain student and admission records; track fee collection and pending payments.

Coordinate with faculty and management for class scheduling and academic updates.

Engage with students and parents for feedback, support, and coordination.

Manage basic social media activities posting updates, replying to messages, and maintaining engagement.

Prepare notes, test papers, documentation related to admissions, fees, and academic operations.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong typing and documentation skills.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, email).

Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Pleasant, confident, and student-friendly attitude.

Capability to convert enquiries into admissions.

Preference: Candidates from Navi Mumbai only with similar background and available to join immediately.
