Role & responsibilities

Managing Business in the assigned region and maintaining productivity and profitability.

  • Working along with relevant departments to ensure sufficient manning of resources across territories in the cities.
  • Creating agency distribution for the company in the assigned region.

Managing and developing a direct team of Relationship Managers.

  • Maintaining regular contacts with HNIs (wherever applicable) to strengthen business relationships.
  • Managing and delivering revenue targets set by the company on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Working on distribution of Motor, Life & Health Insurance & loans, credit card, NPS, etc and products as in when introduced by

the organisation.

  • Supervising and monitoring the assigned team of Relationship Managers in terms of tasks, evaluating their performance and

taking necessary measures in terms of growth and development.

  • Guiding and motivating Relationship Managers and providing all relevant support as required.
  • Ensuring learning and enhancing product knowledge for self and assigned team members.

Co-ordinating with Circle Head and relevant departments for all client service-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Education Minimum Graduation or MBA. Preferred from tier I/II colleges.

  • Experience - Around 5+ years of experience in similar role preferably in BFSI Industry
  • Knowledge - In-depth understanding of business and working of insurance / finance industry.
  • Exposure - Preferably from Agency and Distribution channel

Acumen - Ability to liaise with multiple stake holders and thereby develop strong business relationships.


• Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.


• IT Skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
