We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage product listings, handle customer queries, process online orders, and support daily e-commerce operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • List and manage products on various online marketplaces.
  • Process and track online orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
  • Update inventory, pricing, and product details regularly.
  • Coordinate with packing and shipping teams.
  • Assist in planning and running online promotions or sales.
  • Maintain basic records of orders, returns, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, browsing).
  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce is a plus
