Position:
Sales Executive – Tractor Loader Agrimax

Locations:
Ajmer, Sikar, Udaipur, Bhilwara, Kota, Alwar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of JCB Agrimax Tractor Loader range in assigned territory.
  • Identify and approach potential customers including farmers, contractors, and institutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and customer trials to highlight features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Tractor Loader (Agrimax) product.
  • Generate market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Coordinate with service and parts teams to ensure excellent after-sales support.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, field events, and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma (Agriculture / Mechanical / Business preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    tractor, agriculture equipment, construction equipment
    or related industry sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in rural market.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Knowledge of local language and farming community is an advantage.
